How to change plans
On the Digital Platform
Account owners can change their plan anytime on the Digital Platform by following these steps:
Click your name or first initial in the top-right corner.
→ If you’re the Account Owner, you’ll see Billing at the bottom of the menu.
Click Billing from the drop-down menu.
→ The Billing Page will open.
Under the Plan heading, click Renew.
→ A page will open where you can review your subscription.
Next to your plan name, click Change Plan.
→ The Plans and Pricing page will open.
Click the Choose plan button for the plan you want.
→ The Review Your Subscription page will reopen, showing your new selection.
Follow the payment prompts and click Subscribe.

What happens next?
This article covers three different scenarios. Select your situation to see subscription changes and next steps:
Digital plan to a missal plan
Scheduling changes:
Your current digital plan will be canceled and replaced with a new subscription.
There will be no interruption of service.
Your new subscription date will be September 1.
Additional notes:
The Complete Digital Add-On is the equivalent of the Standard Plan, offered at a 40% discount with a missal subscription. Visit Compare the Basic Digital Add-On and the Complete Digital Add-On to learn more.

Any unused portion of your current plan will be credited to your new subscription.
Double-check the Missal Edition to ensure it’s correct. Missals purchased after May 1 are configured for the following year. For example:
May 1, 2025–April 31, 2026: Customers receive 2026 missals
May 1, 2026–April 31, 2027: Customers receive 2027 missals

Missal plan to a standalone digital plan
Scheduling changes:
Your missal subscription will not renew next year.
The following year, your subscription will switch to a standalone digital plan.
Your renewal date will stay the same, unless you request a change.
Switching digital plans
Scheduling changes:
No changes. Your renewal date will remain the same with your new plan.
Additional notes:
If you’re upgrading your plan to a higher tier, follow the self-service instructions above. Your new plan will start immediately.
If you’re downgrading your plan to a lower tier, contact us to update your subscription and schedule your renewal date.
