When will my order arrive?
Missal subscriptions
Missal subscriptions typically arrive between October 1 and November 15, in time for the First Sunday of Advent. Even if you renew early, your order will still ship in this timeframe. If you subscribe after November 1, your shipment should arrive within three weeks of your order.
Please note that weather, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery timing.
Accompaniment books
Source & Summit Missal subscribers can are entitled to one free set of accompaniment books each time they subscribe or renew. Your free accompaniment books may ship separately from your missals, but should arrive between October 1 and November 15.
Items from the Source & Summit Store
Orders placed in the Source & Summit store are shipped immediately and typically arrive within 2 weeks of your order.
Why doesn’t my order have a tracking number?
Source & Summit works with different shipping partners to keep prices as low as possible for our customers. Not all of our shipping partners offer order tracking information, which is why some orders will be shipped without tracking information.
All customers will receive an email notification once their order has been shipped. Orders typically arrive within 2–3 weeks of shipment.
I ordered missals and accompaniment books. Will they arrive together?
Missals and accompaniment books are shipped separately and may arrive in different packages. However, both shipments typically arrive within one or two weeks of each other.
