Learn how to upload, access, and add images to your Resources.

Uploading images in the Resource Editor

Source & Summit currently does not host native images (with the exception of decorative Dividers), but you can upload your own images in the Resource Editor to give your congregational booklets and music packets a unique look.

  1. Open the Resource Editor.

  2. Click Images in the left panel.

  3. Click the Upload Image button.

  4. Search for your image that you would like to add.

    Source & Summit supports the following file types:

    • PNG

    • GIF

    • JPEG

    • TIFF

    • PDF

  5. Select the image file from your computer and click Open.

    A thumbnail of your image will appear in the left panel.

Use the Upload feature in the Ordo Editor for additional customization and file management settings. Visit Uploading content to learn more.

Note

Make sure your image file is less than 5MB, otherwise it will not upload to Source & Summit.

Adding an image to your resource

  1. Upload the image in the Resource Editor.

  2. Click the Images icon in the left panel.

  3. Select the image thumbnail that you’d like to add from the left panel.

  4. Drag and drop the image to the center canvas.

    Your image will appear on the center canvas and in your Outline in the left panel.

  5. (Optional) To move the image, click and drag it from the Outline or the center canvas.

Tips and best practices

  • Use supported file types: PNG, GIF, JPEG, TIFF, PDF.

  • Keep image files under 5MB.

  • Access decorative dividers in the Elements menu.
